[MMD] Male Head DL

This time there are facials. c: Although it isn't rigged since my pmxe is tweaking hardcore..., but it's not like he has long flowing hair or anything. Though the facials are in good condition, some should stop like halfway, but instead they don't... I think there's some kind of fix for that. I wanted to contribute to the lack of guy stuff for mmd.
